As an employee, I was proud to see that steps were already in place so that when we had to close our lobbies and/or had to work from home, the mechanics were there to make it a smooth transition. It was "different" working from home, but I and others were able to do it very easily thanks to plans that had been considered before the need ever arose. -David, Lending

For me, it was all about helping ACU members reach out of their comfort zone from a technology standpoint. Many of our members and clients of ACU Investment Services we’re willing to learn how we can help them without them Having to leave their homes by learning how to open online accounts and how to E-sign. I was so proud of both members and coworkers for working with me in finding a way to get things done in new ways. Change isn’t always easy but many learned new useful technology skills! However, I do miss seeing so many in person on a regular basis and look forward to that in the future.
